INK THE STORY, REEL THE WORLD.

Julio Pedroza is Head of Integrated Production and Director of Operations at Plural, a production studio within Publicis Groupe. He leads integrated production across live action, photography, social, digital, print, OOH, broadcast, and emerging technologies, partnering with creative, strategy, technology, and business teams to bring complex campaigns to life across every channel and format.

Over the last decade, Julio has built three production organizations from the ground up. From co-founding his own production company, to helping build Verizon's dedicated content operation, to designing and launching Plural's integrated production organization, his career has focused on creating the teams, systems, and operating models that allow creative work to happen efficiently and at scale.

At Plural, he built the studio's integrated production operation from the ground up, designing its organizational structure, production workflows, operational frameworks, technology infrastructure, and delivery model. Today, he oversees production strategy, operations, resource planning, P&L, and multidisciplinary teams supporting campaigns across multiple clients, markets, and creative disciplines.

His experience spans global campaigns for Amazon, Verizon, Walmart, BMW, Porsche, Coca-Cola, Bath & Body Works, OREO, and AutoZone. Highlights include executive producing Walmart campaigns, leading integrated production for Amazon's Climate Pledge initiative, delivering more than 250 assets across five channels in under two months, and building Verizon's dedicated production lab, which supported more than 1,350 deliverables and over 100 broadcast spots annually across multiple markets.

Julio has built long-term partnerships with production companies including Hungry Man, O Positive, and 1stAveMachine, while developing a network of more than 185 directors, photographers, editors, animators, VFX artists, designers, developers, audio engineers, and creative specialists that can be assembled around each project's unique needs.

He is also leading the integration of AI into production workflows, implementing practical solutions across editorial, localization, visual dubbing, asset creation, and production operations. His focus is not on replacing creativity, but on improving workflows, reducing repetitive tasks, and giving creative teams more time to focus on the work itself.

Above all, Julio believes production is about creating the environment where great creative work can happen. His approach combines strategic planning, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership to build organizations where talented people can do their best work and ambitious ideas consistently become reality.

How I Lead

I believe great production starts long before the first day of a shoot or the first frame of an edit. It starts with building the right environment.

That means creating clear systems, bringing together the right people, simplifying complexity, and making sure creative teams have what they need to do their best work. Whether building a new production organization, scaling an existing operation, or leading a single campaign, my focus is always the same: create structure where it's needed, stay flexible where it matters, and never lose sight of the creative idea.

Technology, including AI, should support people, not replace them. The best production environments combine strong processes with talented teams, giving creativity the space to move faster without compromising quality.
