Julio Pedroza is the Head of Integrated Production and Director of Operations at Plural, a production and post-production studio within Publicis Groupe. With over a decade of experience, he has led and scaled global live action and post-production teams while aligning innovative and traditional workflows across print, digital, OOH, social, and broadcast.
Julio designed and launched Plural’s infrastructure from the ground up, building editorial, audio, finishing, CGI, and VFX suites that drive efficiency and creative excellence.
Over the past ten years, Julio has established partnerships with more than 185 creative talents including directors, editors, animators, designers, retouchers, developers, and creative directors, forming a trusted global network he can tap into for custom project needs and specialized teams.
He has directed high-profile projects including Amazon’s Climate Pledge campaign, delivering over 250 assets in two months, and has built partnerships with companies such as Hungry Man, O Positive, 1st Avenue Machine, and Spark & Riot to expand creative capabilities. Recently, Julio secured a partnership with Flawless and Deep Editor, positioning Plural as a leading destination for AI vubbing with full editorial, audio, clean-up, and delivery integration.
Beyond operations, Julio actively guides creative direction across broadcast, social, digital, print, design, and production teams, ensuring strong storytelling and innovation. Known for blending strategic leadership with creative insight, he integrates AI-driven workflows and advanced technology to streamline operations, synchronize global teams, and push the boundaries of content production.
