Julio Pedroza is the Head of Integrated Production at Plural, a production and post-production studio within Publicis Groupe. With more than a decade of experience, he leads teams across live action, design, editorial, animation, and finishing, aligning creative direction with production across print, digital, OOH, social, and broadcast.

He designed and built Plural's studio infrastructure from scratch, creating a unified environment for editorial, audio, finishing, CGI, and VFX that supports multi-format content production. His approach connects creative direction, integrated production, post-production, and workflow strategy into a single operation that moves from concept to delivery with consistency.

​

Over the past decade he has built a network of 185+ specialist creatives including directors, editors, animators, designers, retouchers, and developers, assembled project by project depending on what the work requires.

​

He has led high-visibility programs including Amazon's Climate Pledge campaign, delivering 250+ assets in two months, and has built partnerships with production companies including Hungry Man, O Positive, and 1stAveMachine. Most recently, he secured partnerships with Flawless and Deep Editor, positioning Plural as a destination for AI-supported dubbing with full editorial, audio, clean-up, and delivery integration.

Beyond operations, Julio shapes creative direction across all content formats: visual language, messaging, and storytelling across broadcast, social, digital, print, design, animation, and live action. He integrates AI-supported tools where they genuinely improve output, not as a shortcut, but as a way to give teams more room to focus on the work that matters.
