About

Julio Pedroza is the Head of Integrated Production and Director of Operations at Plural, a production and post-production studio within Publicis Groupe. He has built Plural’s infrastructure from the ground up, leading teams across live action, post, and design while uniting creativity and technology through editorial, audio, finishing, CGI, and VFX.

With over a decade of experience, Julio has led campaigns for brands such as Amazon, Verizon, Bath and Body Works, Walmart, and more. He has built a network of more than 185 creative talents and developed AI-enabled workflows that drive innovation, streamline collaboration, and enhance efficiency across every stage of production.
