Julio Pedroza is a Creative & Content Director. He is currently the Head of Integrated Production at Plural, a production and post-production studio within Publicis Groupe. He has built Plural’s studio ecosystem from the ground up, uniting live-action, post, design, and technology into a seamless, modern content engine.
With over a decade of experience, Julio has led multi-channel campaigns for Amazon, Verizon, Bath & Body Works, Walmart, and more, driving clear brand expression across social, digital, broadcast, OOH, and long-form. He has built a network of more than 185 creative talents and developed AI-supported workflows that streamline collaboration, enhance craft, and scale content without compromising quality.
Julio’s work sits at the intersection of creativity and production, where ideas gain structure, teams move in sync, and storytelling is built for every channel.
