Integrated Production: Bath and Body Works - Holiday Spirit Campaign
For Bath & Body Works’ national multisensorial holiday campaign, I led the integrated production effort to deliver more than 300 assets across print, digital, and OOH, including full station dominations in New York City and Chicago.
Over a three-week timeline, my team produced eight hero images that required full compositing, advanced retouching, set and plate extensions, light and color development, and intricate product integration. The train environment featured in the campaign was built entirely from scratch by combining multiple visual elements into a single cohesive scene.
I directed a multidisciplinary team of retouchers, print mechanical designers, digital designers, and HTML developers, ensuring that every asset was executed in-house with a consistent visual language and premium finish.
This campaign demanded precision, rapid decision-making, and tight alignment between creative and production teams. The final result was a cohesive visual system that carried the Holiday Spirit across every touchpoint, from large-format takeovers to dynamic digital displays and web experiences.
