Ai Production: Brand Creation & Characters

Building a brand from scratch usually means assembling a team. For this project, I wanted to find out how much of that I could do myself using AI as the infrastructure.

I ran Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini in parallel throughout the entire process, treating each model as a different collaborator. No single one had the final say. I compared their outputs, made the calls, and moved forward. That dynamic ended up being one of the most important decisions I made on the project.

One of the harder problems I had to solve was getting AI tools to return editable, production-ready files rather than finished images. Through iterative prompt development I was able to get layered outputs with separated type, adjustable elements, and specs that could go straight to print without rebuilding from scratch.

By the end I had produced a complete brand system: a full guidelines document, four product formulas with compliant label architecture, a packaging system, and two AI-generated influencer characters, each with a locked visual identity, motion content built in Sora, voice profiles engineered in ElevenLabs, and video brought to life through Arcads.

The kind of scope that would normally require several specialists across months. I did it alone, and the AI made that possible.
