Julio Pedroza is a Head of Integrated Production at Plural, a production and post-production studio within Publicis Groupe. He built Plural's studio from the ground up, bringing together live action, post, design, and technology into a single content operation.

With over a decade of experience, he has led multi-channel campaigns for Amazon, Verizon, Bath & Body Works, Walmart, and others across social, digital, broadcast, OOH, and long-form. He maintains a network of 185+ specialist creatives and has developed AI-supported workflows that help teams move faster without losing quality.

His work sits where creativity meets production and ambitious work actually gets made.
